Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If there is a delay due to high demand or any issue, customers will be informed via email or WhatsApp.

• Other cities in India: 10-15 business days

Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via SMS/email. Customers can track their order in real-time and also available on our store as welll.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the order may be delayed or returned.
Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
